It has been a while since I last did a post on product review and today let me introduce you my new obsession on mask. The new Garnier Skin Natural self heating mask specially for oily skin consumer. For a once time use, it actually purifies your skin up to 7 days and this is definitely a good news for people like me as I have oily skin on my chin and T-zone part. For this mask, you don't have to apply your whole face. Just apply on your chin, forehead and nose. You can get them in either Watson or Gurdian and it only cost you about RM5.90.
You can slightly feel warm sensation on your skin when you first applied but it only lasted for a roughly 2 to 3 minutes. Test on your hands first to make sure that you don't have sensitive skin. you don't want to end up in a hospital due to allergic on skin care products.
- The formular generates a self-heating action on contact with the skin. Specially developed with clay and zinc, it works to remove impurities and excess sebum to unclog pores and refind skin texture. Your skin feels deeply cleansed and looks shine-free. I have tried numerous masks available in drug stores but this one?..Name it... It is just perfect. It's from Pure Beauty. You can get them from Watson for only RM9.90. And for a person like me, I could maybe use up to 3 times.
It doesn't feels oily on your skin and dries up real fast. Unlike some other brands that I have tried, it usually feels really oily (because I have combination skin) especially at the nose part and forehead. Normally I will only snap the mask on my face, 15 mins max. But this one, while writing this review, I actually have the mask, still on my face. It smells slightly powdery. Imagine baby powder from Puree (not the baby Johnson one).
You face actually feels so 'light' after washing them off. But before you apply the mask on your face, make sure you cleanse it first but do not apply any moisturiser on your face before the mask. Just mask purely right after your face is clean.
So ,how's your Christmas preparation? Not yet. Well, too bad. See how excited we were in the office. We decorated our cubes with fake snows (using cottons) as well as some Christmas ornaments (by our own cost okay!). The view are nicer at the ground floor of our office as almost the whole floor are decorated with Christmas theme (with Christmas trees except us). They are much more creative than we are. If feels like we're in the US. With fake snows around. And oohh ya, we're having Christmas gift exchange this coming 15th December..Oohh how excited I'm. Already bought the presents as well..Ohh lala..
No, I didn't visit USS for the 2nd time but I miss it...Well, I guess everyone knows that there's this new ride called Transformers: The Ride 3D. You can watch it in YouTube. It is a ride with moving chairs that follows the scene in the movie. Cool right?? I can't watch to visit USS again. The first time was when it was first open. Tickets were like S$73 (weekends rate). Yes, ticket prices are divided into 2. For weekdays and weekends. But I advise you to buy those ticket via on-line months before your travel date or else you'll be taking photos just in front of the entrance :-(.
We were lucky as there are number visitors who did not showed up even when they have bought the tickets online and paid by credit card. So they ticket attendant sold it to the 4 of us (mummy, adik, 2 of my mum's bff daughters, and me).. But sadly, it was raining season and some of the rides are not officially open yet. There are number of rides that will scare the living s*** out of you like :
Cylon Terror Ride, Revenge of the Mummy,
No I did not hop on any of the ride and Yes I'm a scary cat. I will vomit on you after the ride so don't bother to ask me to go on the ride with you!. Anyway, if I had the chance to go there again, I'll definitely CHOOSE to ride on some of the stuff there.

Remember this product that i bought roughly a month ago. I'd said that i'll do the review within 1 week?. Well, sorry for the delay as i was caught up with some other stuff.
Anyhow, i can't exactly give this product a full thumbs up. Maybe half though. This is because the name Aqua represents H2O and this is suitable for people with dry skin. Unlike mine, i have a combination skin with my T-zone and forehead being the oiliest part. The next best thing is, you can slap the gel onto your face and off you go to your dreamland and just wash it with water before you proceed with cleanser.
Yes, my face seems plumpier and amazingly, my pimple scars that i have on my chin is starting to fade off. Your face feels moisturized as well and it doesn't feels dry.
A bottle of this product could last you months depending on how you use it. For me, i use every 2 days due to my skin condition. Also, it feel slighty icy when touches your skin. And it comes in 2 sizes and you can get easily at the nearest supermarket like Jusco. And drugstore concept stores like Watson or Guardian.

You know how beauty regime can be a hassle sometimes especially when you are tired after a day at work. Wearing a mask is a pain as you need to wash your face after 15 minutes and by the time comes, the laziness kicks in. I am a lazy freak. My normal regime will consist just a cleanser and moisturizer. I skip the toner part. So people like me will need something easy and it will be even good if you can wear it to bed and wash it off during shower the next morning.

Olive extract - rich in Vit C, E and powerful antioxidants to fight harmful particals. Also soothes and heals dry skin during cold and dry weather conditions (will be good for those who stays in air-conditioned environment).
Cranberry oil - High in essentials fatty acids ( Omega 3, 6 and 9) to preserve moisture and prevent dry skin. Rich in Vit 3 for strong antioxidants powers against free radical scavengers.
Ginseng - to promote cell regeneration and slows down the process of premture ageing. Replenishes nutrients to restore radiance.
Thanakha extract - posess natural sunblock protection. Has anti wrinkle ingredients effectively reduce pimples and frackles formation. Reduces free radical damage, soothes and calm skin leaving it smooth and supple.

The cleanser is clear and does not feel soapy. It has a very refine texture of foam and doesn't feel dry after shower unlike ordinary cleanser. So it will be okay for those who doesn't use toner or moisturizer as it won't dry up your skin.
As for the toner, it smells herbally and it is made from plant extract. Normal toner will have a strong smell of alcohol and when you pour it onto your palms or cotton face, it evaporate so quickly. Not this kind, it feels like gel and you can feel it absorb into your face after a few taps with your hands. Even if you have pimple on your face, you won't have burning sensation when using the toner,not like ordinary toner where you feel 'pedih' when applying on your face that has pimple wound.
The 3rd step will be the moisturizer or they called it lotion. The color and texture are as the photos above. It glide easily on the surface of your skin and doesn't feel sticky. Your face doesn't feel oily throughout the day except the nose.
Overall i would say,it is a good product and for those who has sensitive and oily skin, you might want to consider getting this range but it will cause a small hole in your pocket. It comes in a medium bottle. Might last you less than 6 months depending on how you use it. So for me,it might last years as i skip my regime when i'm in a rush or lazy. But most of the time is because i'm lazy....hahahahha..
and yes, i have a lot of blackheads and pimples (when my period cycle is near). A friend of mine recommended me Nu Teen (the photo with the orange cap). Bought it in Watson and the price is RM 13.90 (after discount). We'll see whether it works or not after a few try....that's all for tonight.....goodnite peeps...
