The much awaited Gua Tempurung. One word, wow. This was definitely not a planned visit. The 3 of us were wearing slippers when most of the visitors have climbing boots -__-'. The shortest trail takes about 40 minutes and I told my parents 'It's like Gua Kelam je. Senang je jalan, dengan slippers also can'.

Gua Tempurung is a cave in Gopeng, Perak, Malaysia. It is popular among spelunkers, or caving enthusiasts. More than 3 km long, it is one of the longest caves in Peninsula Malaysia. Part of it has been developed as a show cave with electric lighting and walkways and there are a range of tours of different lengths and difficulty. A fine river cave, the river passage runs about 1.6 km through the hill. There are three very large chambers and some spectacular stalactites and stalagmites.

So we entered the cave and we were like 'I didn't see this coming'. We thought the cave would be like Gua Kelam, Perlis where you only need to walk along the short trail. My mum was in her best of clothes she brought to Ipoh and I wore my palazo pants thinking that I can snap my #ootd there but women, you were wrong!

We were sweating, my makeup melted, my dad was like 'See, I told you' well, my mum? She's controlling her macho la. My dad took #selfies at every point -__-'. 'I was like 'Daddy, seriously?' . I guess my dad was trying to compete with my sister who's having her #weecation in Goa with her friends, to see who has the coolest weekends. The both of them were posting photos on Whatsapp like never ending.

We climbed half way then gave up. But it was a astonishing view to see and you should try it yourself.
