It was Friday and it was Halloween. Prior to that date, I communicated with my team to do something fun this year. To break the ice. Proof that Human Resource people are not just a bunch of keyboard 'warriors'. 

A few of us bought the witch hat, which I think the easiest item to get hold of. While I brought my rabbit half-suit, a gift from my sister-in-law who went Korea a few months back . So I guess it was just nice to wear it in the office.

I believe that it was a good start for everyone to have fun. Bringing the right culture to another company can sometimes be a good thing. Putting some fun into work place instead of looking at the monitor for 8 hours straight.
