A year turned so soon...Too soon
1:25:00 PMSo what has changed for the past 1 year?
The obvious change is that he starts recognizing people, he speaks baby languages, he understand simple instructions like sit, pick up, lay down, nenen, sayang, thank you, give. He also developed 8 teeth in total starting when he was around 9 months and starts walking in the same month. Yeap, he is definitely a fast learner.
Work - It has been so hectic to the point I just fell sick over and over again. At one point, I told Juan that I felt like admitting myself to the hospital. Because for as long as I'm out and going to work, people expect you to perform. Well, I'm no human and I have my meltdowns.
Home - Housework has been piling up even since #babyjedi stays with us. It's either I have to wash his never ending laundry or my own laundry. Juan has to wake up super early every morning to prepare #babyjedi and my breakfast, his nursery necessities, milk, snacks and get his son ready (it's a constant struggle to wake this little boy up!!) for school. I guess his struggle to wakeup early morning was inherited from my genes. Hahahahaha
To be honest, Isa has been a fast learner baby since birth. However his weight was never an ideal one.Although he is a fully breastfeed baby, he doesn't have that 'Michelin' body. His favorite was strawberry but not any ordinary strawberry but Korean Sweet strawberries that cost RM19.99 per packet. No matter how sick he feels, he has never said NO to his strawberries. #kidnowadays
On the other note, I've been looking forward to see #babyjedi everyday after work.Picking him up from the nursery has been an exciting thing to do.The feeling of seeing your baby after a stressful day at work is just a wonderful feeling. It makes your hard work feel so worthy.
I can't believe that Isa is now 1 year old. Time definitely flew sooo fast. When I scroll his pictures on my phone, it felt like yesterday we got discharged from the hospital. I hope he'll grow up to be a great man.......
