The reception on the groom side was held in Anjung Budi, USM. Reason being, it has an outdoor porch that overlooks the entire USM  field. Plus our theme was a mix of garden and rustic. So Juan believe that venue will compliment our theme. Anjung Budi is partially cafe during weekdays and partially a small hall. 

The rent is only RM300 but it can accomodate around 400 pax at a time. Since me and Juan invited only close friends and family members, this will be an ideal place. I would say it was more of a gathering than a reception.

The pelamin was placed in the inside part of the venue, just in case in rains. Meja beradab was placed in the middle of the walkway. The cafe is not air conditioned so expect a lot of heat and humidity. But at times, it can be very windy.
